The Level is the new alternative roots single from Australian composer/multi-instrumentalist extraordinaire, Ashley Davies. It’s a slinky instrumental that hints at the modern jazz sounds of Cannonball Adderley and Joe Zawinul of the 1960s. The Level was written, recorded, produced and mixed by Ashley and features the exquisite brass sounds of Paul Williamson and Jack Howard.
